The 3M™ Digital Bonding Tray is an efficient tray system that enables you to accurately bond a full arch of brackets at once, decreasing chair time and improving the experience for your patients. Made of two layers, the soft gel inlay conforms to the patient’s anatomy and hard outer shell adds rigidity and support placement of the tray.
Shortened chair time

Using the 3M™ APC™ Flash-Free pre-coated brackets eliminates the need for adhesive flash clean-up, reducing chair time. Our flash-free adhesive pre-coated brackets have a smooth, consistent adhesive base that protects the tooth under the bracket.

What is the 3M™ APC™ Flash-Free Adhesive?
The orthodontic adhesive is designed for time savings:
- No adhesive needed, requisite adhesive is soaked into the non-woven mesh pad
- Pad is precoated on base of bracket
- Each bracket is sealed in its own package
- Remove the bracket from its package and place on tooth
- Once positioned, there is no excess adhesive or flash
- Light cure after positioning and bonding is done

Bonding is undergoing a revolution. The Digital Bonding System allows for customised treatment planning in the 3M™ Oral Care Portal and a streamlined bonding process featuring brackets pre-coated with our 3M™ APC™ Flash-Free Adhesive. The steps are simple:

Scan

Upload any high-resolution STL files to the Oral Care Portal.
Plan

Create, revise and approve the perfect treatment plan for your patient, all in one seamless workflow.
Produce

3M will manufacture and send a custom Digital Bonding Tray.
Load

Place the brackets in the trays and store in provided light tight box until bonding appointment (up to 4 days).
Bond

Perform the bonding procedure.
