When you use our custom compounding services, you'll get fast turnaround on a broad range of made-to-order polymer compounds, from prototypes and small batches to production-scale quantities – all optimised to fit the requirements of your unique application.

Thermoplastic Compounding

Our full-service, in-house compounding facilities give you the ability to create unique formulations that are lighter weight, easier to extrude, or have other properties or functions not inherent to the base polymer.

PTFE Compounding

We can create custom PTFE and TFM™ PTFE compounds in standard, free-flowing or pre-sintered grades tailored for the unique requirements of your application. Enhancements can include improved wear resistance, extended product life or lower deformation under load. We also offer specialised compositions such as polymer-filled compounds and speckled materials.
