Scotch® Rubber Mastic Tape 2228 is a conformable self-fusing rubber electrical insulating and sealing tape. Scotch® Tape 2228 consists of ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) backing coated with a strong, temperature-stable mastic adhesive. The tape is 1.65 mm thick for quick application build up.

Scotch® Tape 2228 offers excellent resistance to UV exposure and is intended for both indoor and weather exposed outdoor applications.
