Simply align the connections and push until you hear a click and feel confident that filters are installed properly. Lightweight filters combine protection with comfort. They are designed to provide a wide field of vision and can be clicked into place quickly and easily onto 3M™ Secure Click™ Reusable Respirators. The 3M™ Secure Click™ Hard Case Particulate Filter, P3 R, D9038 helps provide respiratory protection against exposure to particles, dusts, and mists. It also helps provide protection against Hydrogen Fluoride gas up to 30 ppm, as well as relief from nuisance level organic vapours and acid gases below occupational exposure limits. This filter helps protect against a wide range of particulate contaminants. Typical applications include welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, and soldering. This P3 R filter is designed to protect in higher-heat applications. An innovative solid-top air-inlet helps reduce premature loading by allowing a channeled airflow. Industries in which this filter is commonly used include mining, abatement, agriculture, construction, general manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, primary metals, and remediation.
