Hydrogel moisture balancing dressing that dynamically manages fluid and supports autolytic plus osmotic debridment by donating or absorbing fluid as required to encourage wound bed preparation and granulation in dry and low exuding wounds. The dressings provide a cooling sensation to the skin on application, helping to minimise wound pain.
