For many years traffic signs have been made by methods such as screen printing and multi coloured layering. While these traditional manufacturing methods are still commonly used effectively today, 3M is proud to offer an innovative third option: manufacturing signs through digital printing solutions using the Durst printer. The Durst printer uses 3M UV cured inks combined with a clear over laminate to improve traffic sign quality.
