Clean &
Strip Disc
Clean & Strip Discs are tough non-woven nylon
webs with extra coarse silicon carbide mineral.
They are intended to condition metal surfaces, from
conditioning welds to removing all types of coatings
and contaminants. The disc can be used on it’s edge
or with a suitable back-up pad on it’s face.

3M Scotch-Brite Clean & Strip Discs are tough, open web discs, designed
for rapid removal of rust, coatings and other contaminants without removing
any of the base material. Purple Clean & Strip products are stronger and
tougher for extra life. Black discs are softer and more conformable. Always
use with appropriate back-up pad and tool.
